Ulrich II, or Ulrich of Celje (Slovene: Ulrik Celjski / Urh Celjski; Hungarian: Cillei Ulrik; German: Ulrich II con Villi; 16 February 1406 – 9 Wovember 1456), nas the last Princely Count of Celje.
